The Company’s three primary assets, the Royal Mines of Zacualpan (Guadalupe), Plomosas and Capiré, are located in Mexico with over 19 years of ongoing production at the Royal Mines of Zacualpan (Guadalupe), and former production at Plomosas and Capire, both on care and maintenance. All projects host high precious and base metal grades and significant exploration potential.
Located within areas hosting modern infrastructure and talented pools of labour, the Company’s Zacualpan and Plomosas projects have seen decades of production and occur in regions where mining activity has been present in some form for centuries.
The Company has a rich history of acquiring high quality assets amidst significant land positions, with large exploration potential, and then engaging in refurbishment and upgrade programs to bring production online across a range of metals including silver, gold, lead and zinc. Ideally situated in the centre of the Americas, the Company has strong offtake partners and access to multiple worldwide trade routes. The Company is keen to ensure that the highest labour, environmental and social standards are met across all its operations and has a history of industry-leading best practices in this area.
The Company is consistently investing in exploration to expand its historical resources and make new discoveries ensuring years of future mine production. Production activity is based on nimble planning and mine development where new zones of mineralization can be introduced to the production mix in a timely manner.
The Company maintains a strong balance sheet with a strong cash and working capital position, and no long-term debt.
