News Releases

IMPACT Silver Corp. ("IMPACT" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the drill has now moved onto the Golondrinas Project Area ("Golondrinas") of the Royal Mines of Zacualpan Silver-Gold District in Mexico while awaiting drill results from the nearby Chontalpan Project Area. Golondrinas is located three kilometers southeast of IMPACT's Guadalupe processing plant (see IMPACT news release dated July 27, 2010).

At this time, only the northern portion of Golondrinas is slated for drilling. Within this 600-meter by 200-meter area is a cluster of 13 northwest striking veins of variable thickness and because of this vein density, most of the drill holes should intersect multiple veins. Six of these veins returned samples better than 1,000 g/t silver, with the best results coming from the Golondrinas Vein underground workings (4,800 g/t silver over 1.25 meters). Mineral association studies conducted by IMPACT's exploration staff suggest the veins in this area are characteristic of the upper portions of the epithermal vein systems in the district, meaning that the initial drill holes will be targeting the higher grade tops of the silver-bearing zone. This initial program will consist of sets of three drill holes (spaced at 50-meter intervals) in each of the following target areas:
