Impact Silver Files NI 43-101 Report on Royal Mines of Zacualpan Silver Project
IMPACT Silver Corp. ("IMPACT") is pleased to announce the receipt and filing of an independent technical report on the its Royal Mines of Zacualpan Silver Project in Mexico. The report was written by independent consulting geologist Helen C. Grond, M.Sc., P.Geo., a Qualified Person under the meaning of Canadian National Instrument 43-101. IMPACT commissioned the report to review and summarize the exploration results and mineral potential of the Royal Mines of Zacualpan Silver Project in compliance with standards set by Canadian National Instrument 43-101 and then make recommendations for future work. The report also includes information on the mining and processing operations on the property.
IMPACT is continuing work on the property. Results from exploration work along with due diligence legal and engineering investigations will form the basis for making a purchase decision for the Royal Mines of Zacualpan claims, mines and 500 tonne per day processing plant lease. If IMPACT decides to purchase the Zacualpan asset, it would immediately become a significant producer of silver as well as byproduct zinc, lead and gold.
