Hole Z09-12 is particularly encouraging as both the thickness and grade have increased in this northernmost hole. The enhanced gold values and appearance of the mineralization suggest the possibility of a mineralizing centre located to the north of these holes, where drilling is currently under way.
During the drilling of the Noche Buena Vein, a sub-parallel structure that dips at 70 degrees to the east named Del Pulpo Vein was discovered. It is exposed in a short exploration adit, located about 100 meters to the southeast of Hole Z09-05. The intersection in Z09-05 is interpreted to be 2.06 meters. Lower grade intersections of the Del Pulpo Vein were encountered along strike to the north.

In summary, the Noche Buena Vein and associated veins have been the subject of historical mining and exploration efforts in which silver-gold-bearing quartz veins have been encountered intermittently over one kilometer strike length. It is the intent of the ongoing drill program to continue exploration in a systematic manner in order to determine vein continuity, thickness and grade to build mineral inventory as well as discover new veins.
