Impact Silver Acquires Mamatla District Data
IMPACT Silver Corp. ("IMPACT") is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement to acquire a large amount of technical data on its Mamatla Silver District that includes results from exploration work carried out in the 1990's. The data includes extensive geological, geochemical and geophysical information mainly related to historic exploration for volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits in the area. IMPACT will use this data to enhance its ongoing exploration efforts at Mamatla. Subject to approval of the agreement by the TSX Venture Exchange, under terms of the agreement, IMPACT shall pay Valgold Resources Ltd. (TSX.V: VAL) a total of 50,000 shares in two stages: 25,000 shares within seven days of TSX Venture Exchange approval of the agreement and 25,000 shares upon acquisition of substantially all of the data.
IMPACT Silver Corp. is a silver-focused mining and exploration company operating in Mexico with a producing silver operation at the Royal Mines of Zacualpan, the 200-square-kilometer advanced Mamatla Silver District and a portfolio of projects, including an option on a mill at Zacatecas.
