Mr. Rakhimov will receive a monthly retainer of $3,000 up to February 15, 2010, subject to renewal. IMPACT has also issued to Mr. Rakhimov an option under IMPACT's stock option plan to purchase 35,000 of its common shares at an exercise price of $1.44 per share until February 6, 2010. The option granted will vest in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
