News Releases

IMPACT Silver Corp. ("IMPACT") is pleased to announce further assays from its drilling program on the Noche Buena Vein System, located four kilometers southwest of IMPACT's Guadalupe processing plant in the prolific Royal Mines of Zacualpan Silver and Gold District of central Mexico. Previous news releases (November 5, 2008; January 26, April 8 and June 9, 2009) included intersections of 204 g/t silver across 8.5 m and 280 g/t silver across 4.5 m and 280 g/t silver across 4.6 m. Highlights from latest drill holes on the north extension of the Noche Buena Vein System are summarized in the following table.

Drilling on Section 1350N also intersected other nearby veins including 2,120 g/t silver across 1.1 m and 247 g/t silver across 2.0 m. Other holes recently drilled on the southern and down dip extension of the Noche Buena Vein intersected strong veining with lower grades. To the north, the Noche Buena Vein remains open for further expansion where further drilling is planned. Exploration on this northerly trending, west dipping Silver-Gold vein consists of holes drilled on a 50-meter horizontal and vertical drill pattern designed to systematically explore and build tonnage. Hole Z09-28 is on the most northerly section (1350N) drilled to date and demonstrates continued substantial thickness and grade.

Mining engineering and metallurgical studies are now moving Noche Buena toward a near term production decision as it is located within easy hauling distance of IMPACT's operating processing plant at Guadalupe, much of it on a paved road.
