IMPACT Announces Private Placement To Raise $100,000
Impact Minerals International Inc. (the "Company") proposes to issue 1,000,000 units at $0.10 per unit to raise $100,000 by way of private placement. Each unit will consist of one share and one share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional share at $0.12 for a two year period from the date of issue.
Proceeds from the placement will be used for working capital.
The placement is subject to regulatory approval.
